Aurée is the founder and the owner of CARRHURE, an Executive Search Firm specialized in the Not-for-Profit sector. A French native, Aurée has 30 years of professional experience. Her exceptional empathy, expertise in identifying and assessing candidates as well as her servant leadership style make her approach unique. Prior to establishing CARRHURE, Aurée was Director International for several retained executive search firms where she directed engagements for large NGOs specialized in Agriculture, Climate Change and Health. She began her career managing sales and marketing efforts for French medias and the banking sectors (BNP and HSBC) as Wealth Management Advisor. She holds a BA in Arts from University Paris X and a degree in Communication and Marketing. She is a certified professional Coach, PNL technician and she is certified in several assessment Tools, such as 360° and DISC Model. Aurée is fluent in French and English.
JEAN DE LA FOURNIÈRE

Jean de La Fournière is a French recruiter with 10 years of recruitment and talent acquisition experience headhunting mid to senior talents with Boyden and Approach People. He possesses a combination of a technical background with a developed evaluation capacity which is beneficial for talent acquisition activities. Apart from French and English, he also speaks Spanish and Dutch.

An American Citizen, Carmel has nearly 30 years of professional experience and 10 years in executive search. She began her career in higher education philanthropy at the University of Pennsylvania and also worked for an international fundraising management consulting firm. Her placements include CEO/President/Executive Director level searches with leading international, national, and New York area associations and nonprofits. She strives to work professionally and thoughtfully with clients and candidates across the non-profit spectrum including higher educations, advocacy, arts & culture, international NGOs, and donor-advised funds. She has a B.S in Economics from Villanova University and an MGA (in government administration) from the Fels Center of Government at the University of Pennsylvania. She speaks English and her French is fair.

Sarah is a principal in Geneva, Switzerland. A Ghanaian national, she has over 30 years of professional experience in the United Nations system and has had remarkable collaborations with various private and public sectors as well as other voluntary, non-government entities, and faith-based organizations. Sarah has an MBA in Business Administration and holds a professional diploma in Management from the Open University Business School in the United Kingdom. A results-oriented coach, she also has certifications from the International Coach Academy, International Coach Federation,.
AKIM PARAISO
Principal Recruiter
Akim Paraiso is a bilingual (French and English) HR specialist with more than 15 years of post-grad, HR experience in the mining, energy, tobacco, construction and engineering, and humanitarian sectors. He started his post-grad career as a consultant for an HR Research and Consultancy firm in Dakar recruiting for several companies, proposing a system and a process for assessing employees' performance, and implementing HRM tools. In the succeeding years, he held increasingly progressing positions from being an HR Service Centre Manager to HR Business Partner to People and Culture Manager to HR Director. He is a Certified Strategic Human Resource Professional from the International Institute for Executive Training (iIET) and has been taking HR Metrics & Dashboardking Certification since October 2020.
LIZ HARRIS
Research Director
Liz has been in charge of talent sourcing within the International Committee of the Red Cross for nearly a decade. As Talent Acquisition sourcer, she was in charge of sourcing talents, headhunting and recruitment marketing. Liz’s eclectic portfolio includes journalism and aid work. Passionate about research and languages, she studied a B.A. in Hindi and south Asian history at the School of Oriental and African Studies. This led to four years of fieldwork with the International Committee of the Red Cross as a linguist, with stints in the UK media between missions. On her return, she undertook an M.A. in War Studies from King’s College, London and worked as a researcher before venturing into talent acquisition. She speaks English, French, Hindi, Urdu and basic Pashto.
FATOU DIOUF

A graduate of a Master’s degree in management and business development in 2013, she did her studies in India, Paris and New York. Some of her positions enabled her to earn a double competency in Business Development and Recruitment. Fatou had a background in headhunting during her last position at Fursac and Anselin Associates located in Paris which specializes in direct approach for public and semi-public sectors. In this role, she had to find the best profile in the market for the department of Regional Chamber of Commerce and Industry in a town hall in France. As a junior recruitment consultant, she had to recruit executives and senior executives for value strategic positions like General Delegate of Development Agency of Ardennes, Director of Urban Planning and Construction for Villepinte, DGA of Resources and Support functions for the city and the conglomeration of Orleans, among others.
SANTATRA RANDRIANASOLO

Santatra holds a master’s degree in Organizational Communication and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and has 11 years of experience in various fields such as corporate communication, journalism and human resources. From 2014 to 2019, she held the position of Head of Recruitment and Communication in a large company with thousands of employees across Madagascar. An entrepreneur at heart, she has been an independent consultant since 2020.
JULIE FLORES
Managing Director, Asia
Julie has over 18 years of HR function experience. She started her career multinational companies in the pharmaceutical, BPO and IT industry, respectively. More recently, she held a regional management role in HR overseeing the whole China strategic rewards implementation. From these experiences, she was exposed to different HR functions both with local and international exposures. Julie holds a degree in Psychology from the University of the Perpetual Help-Laguna. She also finished her Master’s degree in Industrial Relations major in Human Resources Management from the University of the Philippines.
Ana Pușcă
Executive Coach
Ana Pușcă is an ICF (International Coaching Federation) accredited coach since 2018. Ana supports managers and executives in achieving their objectives, by clarifying their strategy, among other things.
As an expert, she accompanies new participants in their coach certification path as a "Coach fil rouge" in École Coaching Ways France.
Ana is a mathematician by training (Bac+5), certified in Psychology at the University of Paris 7, and holds a master's degree (DEA) in Mathematical Modelling applied to Finance. She brings with her 14 years of professional experience. She started her career in an investment bank called Natixis as a quantitative analyst on the validation of pricing models for equity and credit derivatives. She joined Start-Up Pricing Partners to create and manage the independent valuation department for cross-asset derivatives. She was a speaker at several conferences in London and Paris, and a User's Club facilitator for the Start-Up's clients. She was part of the Steering committee and participated with the other members in the merger and integration of the Pricing Partners start-up into the Thomson Reuters group where she took over the EMEA Cross-Asset Derivatives Pricing service in the Pricing Service department.
In 2016, she was one of the two women in Thomson Reuters France chosen to represent the country in the Leadership1 Women in Technology program, an internal talent program that highlights women technology leaders within the company worldwide.
Martin Cunningham

Martin is a Managing Director at CARRHURE, bringing over 30 years of coaching and mentoring, with 20-year Senior Management career, notably as a senior manager in security and justice sector reform in Afghanistan and the Western Balkans, where he notably coached in politically charged situations at General Director and Ministerial levels. He possesses a large experience with Integrated Gender programmes within Judicial Sector Reform, Strategic Relationships, Change Management, Strategic Planning, Project Management.
Knowing what it takes to work in challenging and politically charged environments, he now helps organizations and individuals, to deploy their potential in an uncertain world, with a focus on building relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.
A UK citizen, Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Policing from Canterbury Christ Church University, a PRINCE2 certification, and he is an Accredited Engage Coach by European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC).
