Aurée is the founder and the owner of CARRHURE, an Executive Search Firm specializing in the Not-for-Profit sector. A French native, Aurée has 30 years of professional experience. Her empathy, expertise in identifying and assessing candidates, and servant leadership style make her approach unique.

Prior to establishing CARRHURE, Aurée was Director International for several retained executive search firms where she directed engagements for large NGOs specialized in Agriculture, Climate Change and Health. She began her career managing sales and marketing efforts for French medias and the banking sectors (BNP and HSBC) as Wealth Management Advisor.

She holds a BA in Arts from University Paris X and a degree in Communication and Marketing. She is a certified professional Coach, PNL technician and is certified in several assessment Tools, such as 360° and DISC Model. Aurée is fluent in French and English.

Beginning her career in customer service roles, she transitioned to recruitment in 2010, where she excelled in managing the end-to-end recruitment process.

In 2014, Jewel embarked on freelance executive recruiting, showcasing expertise in candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and client reporting. She has successfully placed numerous high-caliber candidates by employing a structured approach.

Based in Amsterdam, Lillian Buckx began her recruiting career in 1994 and in 1998, conducting retained research for multiple executive positions in numerous industries. As an expert in executive search, Lilian has led master classes to train corporate staffing departments.

Earlier in her career, Lilian worked at various international companies in different management roles, and as a teacher of foreign languages for executives at a private institute. She holds a BA degree in Business and is fluent in Dutch, English, German and French.

A French Native, Malvina possesses nearly 10 years of experience. She has skillfully navigated diverse international markets, including the UK, Europe, and Switzerland, while actively contributing to and managing international recruitment projects in various sectors with a particular emphasis on finance.

When evaluating candidates, she’s highly proficient in the art of interviewing and assessment, ensuring that the match between candidate and client is not just skill-based but also culture-fit.

Malvina remains vigilant in staying updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis, providing her clients with valuable insights contributing to their strategic decision-making.

Malvina holds a master’s degree in communication and media from Università di Corsica Pasquale Paoli and a bachelor’s degree in information and communication. She also holds a DUT in Business (Diplôme Universitaire de Technologie / BTEC Higher National Diploma). She is fluent in both English and French.

SANTATRA RANDRIANASOLO

Santatra holds a master’s degree in Organizational Communication and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and has 11 years of experience in various fields such as corporate communication, journalism, and human resources. From 2014 to 2019, she held the Head of Recruitment and Communication position in a large company with thousands of employees across Madagascar.

An entrepreneur at heart, she has been an independent consultant since 2020.
